English Trainer, Teacher, and Professional Rider: Hunter/Jumper/Dressage/Equitation/Eventing

Coming from a long line of riders, Susie Knubley has been riding with sincerity since she was seven years old. Susie has competed successfully across the nation in hunters, jumpers, dressage, eventing, and equitation. She owns Sweet Judgment Stables based out of Labadie, Missouri. She rode with the Washington University Equestrian Team before she became a professional rider and trainer in 2005. She has experience in PR work and fund raising; she has volunteered for multiple equine related organizations across the Midwest including therapeutic riding programs. Susie has confidently worked to rehab, retrain, and rehome horses. Specializing in working closely with the horse/rider combination, she gives attention to detail to the unit, and the rider and horse, individually. She is experienced in working horses while mounted and from the ground to improve their health, balance, soundness, athleticism, general and specific training, and suitability. Susie is patient and believes in taking the time to make steady, healthy, safe progress. Susie is experienced in working with children and adults, with and without disabilities, from beginner to intermediate and advanced riders instilling knowledge, confidence, self-esteem, self-awareness, and passion for the sport through dedication, perseverance, creativity, consistency, hard work, and positive feedback. Giving attention to detail, she develops finesse, strength, soundness, and balance for both the horse and rider. Her daughter is continuing in her footsteps as the fifth generation rider. Susie has degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.
